Party Hearty!

The Cupcake was complete with strawberry and buttercream icing. We topped it off with swirly colorful candles that added the extra craziness she wanted.
I also made smaller cupcakes, like at Ashley's baby shower, chocolated with strawberry icing. We topped them with milk chocolate chips-another winning combo ino our books! They were dee-lish and the choco chips added that extra sumethin'- sumethin'.

We played elbow tag in the back yard while Cookie got loved on in the house.

We made the craft and then it was time for opening presents. One thing that I forgot to tell about- When each of the girls arrived they got a sticker on their back that was the name of an object to do with a party. They were allowed to ask people "yes" and "no" questions to try and find out what object they were. The other thing we did was- we made strawberry jam together- FRIENDSHIP JAM. As each girl entered the house, they went straight to the kitchen and added an ingredient: sugar and strawberries, to the pot. I got some Meemaw help with this. It cooled by the end of the party and we let each girl pick a fabric doilie to place on their sealed jar of jam and they each took it home as a party favor.
It turned out yummy and cute!

She had so much fun!

We were so thankful Meemaw and Poppie were able to make it too! It was a great party and she has been talking about it ever since the day.
We love you, Alora Noel!
Happy Birthday!
