The Met! I cannot even begin to tell you how big this place is! It is a maze of art work from every period of time including Ancient Egyptian art to the Impressionists.
There are hundreds of rooms and collections. Guards are posted in just about every room because not much is behind glass. We knew we would never see it all so we made a bee line for the things that were most important to us.
Obviously, this in part of the Ancient Egyptian section.

We spent a lot of time taking in the impressionisst. Van Gogh that you could reach out and touch-Ok, you might get tackled to the ground if you touch but, get out of town- you could breathe in Van Gogh. He is Amanda's favorite-always has been.

I seriously cannot remember which one this is, but I really like it!
We also saw Renoir, Manet and so many more super famous paintings- It was crazy! History books come to life for sure. We had a blast taking in the masterpieces.
