Happy Birthday, Momo!

Today is my precious Momo's birthday! Happy Birthday, Momo! Look at her! Isn't she so cute! She is awesome and I wanted to take a few minutes to just thank her for being such a great grandmother. She has been a great example to me in the way that she always extends kindness to those who others may have written off long ago. She truly does care about people and it is evident in her time spent volunteering her time to work in the office at her home church. She is there today working on getting the church bulletin out. : )
She is extremely crafty and uses her talent to bless all of the family. She has crocheted everyone in the family a stocking that each of us hangs in front of the fireplace every year. She has made afghans, Christmas ornaments, clothing, doilies, hats, pot holders and so much more. Each handmade gift she has given has been treasured and will be treasured for years to come. One gift given recently just had to be shown on the blog. My Momo made Alora a purse. Sounds simple enough, but just one thing, the purse, when turned inside out, turns into a baby bassinet and tucked inside is a sweet little baby, adorned with her very own handmade clothing! It is so precious. Alora has affectionately named her baby "Daisy" and takes such good care of her handmade treasure. She sleeps with Daisy every night, after putting her in her nightgown, of course!
Momo has truly blessed us so much and I am so thankful for everything she does. I love you, Momo! Happy Birthday!
