On the Home front

Back in Alabama, Bibi was doing a fabulous job. The kids were having school and finishing around 12! Way to go, Bibi! In the afternoons they were having special time with Bibi. On Monday they went to see Alice in Wonderland in 3D, again. On Tuesday, they went to coop, and then they went out to dinner and finally headed to Boy Scouts that evening. On Wednesday, after school, it was out for ice cream and then to church. They had a lot of fun hangin' with their Bibi.

On Tuesday night, however, things went south for poor Joey. After arriving home from work, and flushing the toilet in the bathroom, it became evident their was a problem. Mainly, because what should have gone down the pipes came out the bathroom tub. (Insert Ernest-"ewwwwwwwwww") After calling the plumber, it was determined that a root grew through the pipe in the back yard and 100% blocked it. Yikes! Poor, poor Joey. He handled it as best he could and thankfully, the problem was fixed the next day.

Dave Ramsey always says that the emergencies will come, so you had better be prepared for the Unexpected. This was definitely one of those times, because we never would have expected a root to grow into our bathroom pipe! Be prepared.
