DAY THREE: THE LAUNDRY ROOM! How is it that this tiny space can hold the biggest mess and harbor the most dust bunnies. I stack a lot in my laundry room, so much so that my shelves are breaking under the weight of it all.
And the cleaning supply shelves and mop and broom bucket. What? You don't hang your dog leashes and fly swatters with your husband's tie? Your birdseed and bleach don't go together? I feel as though things have gotten away from me. This is a job for CLEANING CHALLENGE SUPER HERO--Brooke!
And the results are in-Towels stacked neatly and supplies put back. (That's my beach supply bag in the corner : ( 7 months til summertime!)
The finished product-A nice laundry room that I can actually enter.
It was a BIG day in the Cleaning Challenge. The dreaded classroom! We spend alot of time in here and the filth and disorganization were just stacking up so after school I attacked this room and put it back in order.
Alora and I share a table and as you can see, things have been stacking up. The pile beside my computer was actually taller than that but I had to remove it to function before I remembered to take a pic.

You are probably asking yourself two questions right now. 1)Why do home schoolers need backpacks? and 2)What in the world is that? We have backpacks because we go to coop once a week (Tuesdays), which is a homeschool gathering to have classes. We meet with at a coop with about 75 kids in it (Can you believe that?) and take classes (zoology lab, geography, art appreciation and P.E.). They need back packs to carry their binders and books as well as supplies to coop (it's just like going to school). Second, those are leaves! You just never know what you are going to find in our house. Many of you are thinking right now, "That Andrew. He is so crazy." That is ALORA'S backpack! : )
And the results are in--Shelves are organized and Andrew's space is clean.
Cart is clean and all my teaching supplies are back in their home.
