Babies, Babies, Everywhere!

There is a flood of babies right now and I am lovin every moment of it. First,Traci had Anily and she was absolutely beautiful. I love visiting her each week as we go to her house on Thursdays. She teaches my kids Spanish and I play with Anily! Lovin' that set up. Then, my neice, Eryne, gave birth to Emersyn. Gorgeous! I have only held her once but relished every moment of that fresh baby smell and feel. I look forward to many more holdings with my great (that's right) neice. Last Sunday, Ashley had her baby shower. Another great neice on the way for me!

Ashley was absoulutely beautiful!
Cupcakes! Ashley wanted cupcakes this time and these little gems were delicious. I used a simple recipe for chocolate cake and made Cindy's fabulous strawberry icing. I topped them off with chocolate sprinkles and Voila!

I made mini cupcakes and standard sized which really made a fun display. I bought this two tiered platter back when Debra and Evan got married and it added the height we needed on the table. Yeah, for delicious cupcakes!

The beautiful mother! Eryne looked great. Now, if Emmy will just let her get some sleep.

Joey's Granny was able to come. She recently had surgery to help her walk and she walked right in and got a baby. Way to go, Granny!

My sweet sister-in-law. She is loving her some grandbaby action. She is so excited and she just drips with "grandmother". She is so ready to spoil some grandbabies with love! Ashley got tons of baby stuff and there were tons of people there to celebrate. So much fun! Congratulations, Ashley!
