Alora has been anticipating this weekend for quite some time. On Sunday, October 10th, she turned eight, but as a friend pointed out, "Don't ya'll celebrate birthdays for like a week?" Yep, we do! HA! My parents were headed out of town to Texas and so they came up Friday to spend some time with Lu Lu.
We cooked burgers on the pit and, after it got dark, made smores for dessert, We just enjoyed a great time together.
Mimi and Bibi gave Alora a bag full of arts and crafts supplies. Alora will be busy with paints, latch hook, crochet, drawing, and much much more. She loves to create and design and she is going to have a blast with this.
