Day Four-My last day in NYC.

Well, it was day four and the major thing, outside of seeing Amanda, that I wanted to do in NYC had not been accomplished.

Would we get to see Promises, Promises? Would we get to enjoy Brooke's first time to Broadway? Would we get to see the charming Sean Hayes in action???

Yes we would!!! We were so excited we yelled as soon as we got the tickets for all to enjoy--- "WE WON, WE WON!" Showtime this afternoon!

Next up--cupcakes to take home to the family! Look at that display- for Andrew-vanilla with blue sprinkles, Alora-oreo cookie, and for my darling Joey-reese's cup! I took them home in my backpack!

Next we were off to Grand Central Station.

And then the NYC library.

The reading room.
My big question, "Where are all the books?" Answer- Underground! floors and floors of books underground, and Oompah Loompahs that retrieve them for you! Just kidding~ there are librarians that work underground to bring volumes of written goodness to the surface!

Gorgeous, gorgeous library!

In the children's section, behind protective glass, sits the original Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet and Kanga! FABULOUS addition to my sight seeing tour!

What a great day!

I heart NYC!

Now off to broadway! The show was fabulous!!! I loved it and Sean Hayes and Kristen Chenowith were amazing along with Tony Goldwyn (pictured above). Amanda's friend, Sarah Jane got us backstage passes and I got to snap my pic with Tony-awesome. What a great end to my trip.

We headed off to church and enjoyed a lovely evening of worship and then it was time for dinner. I had a blast hanging out with and sharing life with the girls- love them!
Monday morning it was time to go home. We got up early and headed to the airport~I was back in Alabama by lunchtime.
What a whirlwind of spectacular fun!!!
Thanks, Amanda, I love you bunches!
